Eric Vifian

My name is Eric Vifian, and I bought my condo here in November of 2021.

Since that time, I have observed and participated in almost every on-site Association meeting, noting a growing resentment with current leadership.

We will not be able to take control of Cityside’s future until we replace at least some of the long-reigning Board members. We made significant progress last year, and we are fortunate to have Orie and Alex.

Having run last year, I would again like to offer my candidacy to serve on the Board of Directors and help this community improve in every way possible.

I support Orie McIntosh and will vote for him to stay on the Board.

To make positive changes, we need a majority of three newer Board members – rather than the ones who were able to vote themselves into endless subsequent terms because of the lack of voting by other owners.

Cityside owners in the last few years have seen prices, dues, and assessments increase wildly. We’ve also seen huge blunders with Seacrest and a sudden change in management companies that was very poorly done. Please help us get the upper hand with new leadership.

From my three years of observation, I feel this Association is in need of real change for the better and the use of our proposed committees for direction. From basic maintenance to improving the overall look and feel of the place, we need enthusiastic and positive people to help realize the potential this community has to become a much more pleasant and safe place to live.

As a professional property manager, with 27 years of experience, I feel strongly that Cityside would benefit greatly from improved transparency, accountability, and a careful assessment of finances and procedures.

With this background and as an owner-occupant who works locally, I feel I could be an asset to the Board and management team here at Cityside. As a previous officer, director, and long-serving general manager, I would put these skills to use in our efforts to improve our community and lower costs.

Please consider voting for me in the upcoming elections, so we can bring a fresh and informed perspective to the Board of Directors at Cityside.
