Orie McIntosh

I’ve lived in the CitySide community since 2021 and have been serving on the board since fall 2022. As a technology consultant and small business owner, I’m passionate about using my skills to make our community a better place.

My goal is to give owners like you a stronger voice in our community. I believe in transparency and want to make sure everyone has access to the information they need to make informed decisions. I also think it’s time for us to explore creating committees that will allow owners to get involved and contribute to the decision-making process that helps run our community.

I’m committed to listening to your concerns and working hard to address them. I want to make sure our community is a place where everyone feels heard and valued.

This year, like every year, your vote matters. By casting your ballot, you can help drive change in our community. I urge you to make your voice heard and vote at this year’s annual general meeting. Take the steps to learn about the candidates and what is going on in the community.

The goal for this year is to gain your vote to stay on the board, and for another owner to join the board so that we can add fresh ideas and skills to complement the current board. The same three people have been running the board for the last 10+ years, there is room for improvement and fresh ideas.
