Orie McIntosh

I’ve lived in the CitySide community since 2021 and served on the board from Fall of 2022 through Spring of 2025. As a technology consultant and small business owner, I’m passionate about using my experience and problem‑solving skills to help strengthen our community.

My goal is to ensure that every owner has a stronger voice in how our community is operating. I believe in transparency, open communication, and giving residents the information they need to make informed decisions. There is a wealth of talent / experience amongst the residents and owners of CitySide and I think creating committees will allow owners to get involved and contribute to the decision-making process that helps run our community.

I’m committed to listening to your concerns and working hard to address them. I want to make sure our community is a place where everyone feels safe, heard, and valued.
